About the Author

Thomas Owen is a part-time author living in South Wales. Originally from the Midlands, he spent the first 38 years of his life there before relocating just before the COVID pandemic. The change of scenery, coupled with the quiet isolation of lockdown, gave him the opportunity to reflect, explore, and ultimately draw inspiration from his new surroundings.

Once restrictions lifted, Tom embraced the breathtaking landscapes of South Wales—from dramatic coastal cliffs and hidden shipwrecks to serene woodlands and ancient ruins. The region’s rich history and folklore, along with its stunning natural beauty, have deeply influenced his writing, shaping the fantasy worlds, quirky towns, and intriguing characters that fill his books.

When he’s not juggling a full-time job and writing, Tom enjoys long walks with his family and three dogs, uncovering hidden histories in new places, and immersing himself in stories—whether through books, movies, or video games. His passion for adventure and storytelling continues to fuel his work, creating vivid, imaginative tales that transport readers to new and exciting realms.
